Pershore sits on the River Avon between Evesham and Worcester, known for Pershore Abbey and Pershore College. We take pre-booked journeys across the town, including pick-ups from Pershore railway station and journeys to Worcester and Evesham.
Pershore journeys are booked ahead, never hailed. Drivers covering the town are Enhanced DBS checked, a wheelchair-accessible vehicle can be sent when it is asked for, and wheelchair users and assistance dogs are carried without any extra charge.
Yes. Pershore station stands on the Cotswold line a little way out of the town centre, and pre-booked pick-ups from the station are a routine part of our week. Give us the service you are travelling on and we will plan the pick-up around its arrival, whether you are heading home to Pershore or on to one of the villages.
Going the other way, an early train towards London Paddington or an evening return from Worcester is easier when the car at this end is already arranged. The station car park is small, so a booked car that arrives for you beats circling for a space.
Yes. Wick, Pinvin, Pensham, Drakes Broughton and the lanes towards Eckington and Defford are all places we collect from. Pershore's own community hospital on Queen Elizabeth Drive, the Abbey in the town centre and Pershore College on the Avon bank are regular destinations as well.
A lot of Pershore work is appointment travel: the community hospital locally, then Worcestershire Royal Hospital in Worcester when a clinic sits there instead. Booking the return leg at the same time means nobody is left waiting in a hospital corridor for a car to be found.
Local detail sits on three Pershore pages of their own. Parents can look at school transport in Pershore for the daily run arrangements, the page on wheelchair-accessible taxis in Pershore explains appointment travel in the accessible vehicle, and airport transfers from Pershore covers the run to Birmingham Airport and beyond.
