Drivers who carry children, young people and vulnerable adults for us are Enhanced DBS checked and work to the Worcestershire County Council ID badge standard. Drivers must show their identification on request.
School and SEN journeys are booked in advance by a parent, carer, school or council. Drivers follow the pick-up and drop-off instructions given at booking and do not change them without the booker's agreement.
