On an ordinary run it is the gentlest of the long journeys: out of the Vale to the M42, north past Tamworth, then the A42 towards Ashby and off on the A453, which runs straight to the terminal. The pick-up we agree still works back from your airline's bag drop deadline, because the M42 at peak times is nobody's friend, but the road has fewer tempers than the London runs.
The airport sits next to Donington Park, the racing circuit, and on race weekends the roads around Castle Donington fill in a way the map does not warn you about. If your flight shares a date with a big meeting at the circuit, book earlier and tell us: the pick-up time will be set for the crowd, not against it.
Collections run from Evesham addresses, the hotels around Waterside and the Vale villages, and more than one address can be covered for a group travelling together when you tell us at booking.
